To book the facility:
1.  Please check availability using the 'Availability' tab.
2.  Select and complete the appropriate contract (below). 
3.  Submit your completed contract to [email protected] and forward payment for rent and janitorial fees.

For your protection, you may wish to inform the County of Red Deer Protective Services of your event.  Providing them with the information about your event is beneficial in the case of an emergency.
