Community Member Contract Agreement
Below is the contract agreement for individuals who are community members of Poplar Ridge.
A community member is defined as someone who resides in the community of Poplar Ridge. To determine if you are a community member, please see the map below.
Please note that ALL documentation must be in the name of the community member including the contract, insurance, licenses and permits. All documentation must be provided prior to the rental engagement. Please refer to the contract for required documentation.
Please Note:
If you decide to book the hall, you are responsible for printing and completing all pages of the rental contract and submitting them to [email protected]. Upon receipt of the completed contract and payment of the rental and janitorial fees, the facility will be reserved for you. The damage deposit is due one month prior to your event date.
