A: After receipt of contract and payment your booking is reserved. You will receive an email to confirm.
Q: What is the capacity of the hall?
A: The Hall capacity is 175.
Q: Do you supply table cloths for the tables
A: We do not. You must rent these on your own.
Q: Do you have wine glasses?
A: We have approximately 50 wine glasses available. If you require more, you will have to rent them on your own.
Q: Are all hall bookings permitted access to the kitchen?
A: Caterers are not allowed access to the kitchen. If the function you're hosting at Polar Ridge Community Centre is being catered, the kitchen will be locked and not accessible. If you are not using a caterer for your function, full kitchen access is permitted.
Q: What is the measurement of the hall?
A: The inside measurement of the main hall area is 40 x 80.
Q: What are the rules regarding decorations?
A: Please refer to contract. Please note that there are hooks in the walls for you to use: no other hooks are allowed. Also note that we do not supply ladders.
Q: Are candles permitted?
A: Flame-less candles are permitted. Open light flame of all kinds within the hall is prohibited.
Q: How many RV's can fit on the premises?
A: The number is dependent upon to the size of each recreational vehicle.
Please Note: RV's are not permitted to be parked on asphalt.

A: Yes and no. Pets are not permitted inside the Poplar Ridge Community Centre but are permitted on the exterior grounds.
Q: Is there a playground or ball diamonds on the property?
A: No. However, there is a ball diamond and a playground 1/2 a mile down the road at the Poplar Ridge Elementary School.
