Non Community Member Contract Agreement
Below is the contract agreement for individuals who are non community members of Poplar Ridge.
A non community member is defined as an individual residing outside the community of Poplar Ridge as outlined in the map below.
Please note that ALL documentation must be in the renter's name including the rental contract, insurance, licenses and permits. All documentation must be provided prior to the rental engagement. Please refer to the contract for required documentation.
Please Note:
If you decide to book the hall, you are responsible for printing and completing all pages of the rental contract and submitting them to [email protected]. Upon receipt of the completed contract and payment of the rental and janitorial fees, the facility will be reserved for you. The damage deposit is due one month prior to your event date.
